1. Using the service
You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for your account and for activity carried out through your Discord account and gallery.
Some features require access to the SOFI Discord server and the roles or channels configured there. Discord is a separate service governed by Discord’s own terms and policies.
2. Accounts and galleries
Sign-in uses Discord. Keep access to your Discord account secure and tell us through our support server if you believe someone has used your gallery without permission.
You are responsible for the content and settings you add to your gallery, including cards, banners, names, images, and submissions you approve. Only upload or submit material you have the right to use.
3. Discord bot and submissions
The bot helps route supported card and banner submissions from configured Discord channels to a gallery’s review queue. Reactions and other controls are provided to operate that workflow. Availability depends on Discord, server configuration, and the service.
Do not use the bot to spam, harass, bypass server moderation, submit unlawful content, or interfere with other users or the service. Server rules and moderator decisions continue to apply.
4. Your content
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the gallery, review queue, and related service features you choose to use.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate another person’s rights, applicable law, or Discord server rules. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably needed to operate the service, respond to a valid legal request, or address abuse.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service, address security or operational issues, or comply with law. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Disabling or deleting a gallery
You can disable your gallery or schedule its deletion from the dashboard. A scheduled deletion disables the gallery immediately and begins a three-day cancellation period. If it is not cancelled, the gallery’s stored files and tenant data are purged, and associated Discord channels may be removed as described in the dashboard.
We may suspend or end access when these terms are seriously or repeatedly violated, or when required for security or legal reasons.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that cannot be excluded and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The current version will be published at this address with its effective date. Continued use after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
